It is important, as a Microsoft NAV software user, to be aware of your versions life cycle. Every release comes with a Mainstream Support end date and an Extended Support end date, the difference being:
Once the Extended Support phase is complete, the product is then considered as no longer supported and you will need to upgrade your system. Therefore, it is important to have an idea of your versions life cycle so that you can begin to make arrangements to upgrade in a timely fashion so as to reduce the impact on your business.
